The heat is on at Leopard Creek!

Fresh from a fine start to the 2025 season, a tie for 7th at last week's Nedbank Golf Challenge, JULIEN GUERRIER is among the leading contenders at the Alfred Dunhill Championship at the stunning Leopard Creek Country Club on the banks of the Crocodile River and bordering the Kruger National Park.

The DP World Tour players face the added challenge of scorching South African heat with temperatures in excess of 40 degrees Celsius forecast for the first two rounds, at least.

The Frenchman who enjoyed a career-best season in 2024 is among the earliest starters at 0640 local time on Thursday.

Also in action in Africa is JENS DANTORP, the 35-year-old Swede who amicably parts ways with JDL Sports ahead of the new season after over two years together.

"Jens graduated from the Challenge Tour soon after we started together and we have enjoyed two excellent seasons on the DP World Tour, including a trip to the US Open, my first major as a player manager," said Jonathan Loosemore, "Jens is a class act, on and off the golf course, and I wish him every success for the future."
